Driving School Instructors
AA seeks to recruit graduates to fill the Driving School Instructors positions. The positions holders will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, training learners on driving school theory which will include but not be limited to imparting knowledge on road signs, safety tips, and various traffic acts; supporting virtual learning programs, among other responsibilities. Successful candidates will undergo rigorous one year training to become competent Driving School Instructors prior to deployment. The candidates will be trained on three main areas at the AA School of Mobility (AA Institute) which include: driving school instructor’s training, first aid training, and comprehensive defensive driving training.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in any field
- Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Education, or its equivalent.
- Technical Education training is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license with Driving experience of not less than three years.
- Valid Driver’s Instructor’s license is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills

Manager - AA Auto-Clinic
One of AA’s strategic goals is to enhance the member experience. In this regard, the business is investing in the Motor Service Industry with the objective of providing top notch best-in-class vehicle services. This offering will be an addition to current offerings in the appointment of garages, Safari Checks, and Road Rescue services. As part of our road safety initiatives, we are opening Service Centres in major towns across the country where customers will have their motor vehicles serviced professionally and get advise on road safety tips. AA Auto-Clinic will offer among other services Computerized brake testing, headlights alignment, engine check & repair, wheel alignment, tire check and rotation, minor, medium and major services and sale of Auto accessories. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Manager - AA Auto-clinic to head a team of professionals dedicated to offering road safety and Auto services to our customer across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an innovative culture that will define success in the Auto service industry. The candidate will be exposed to AA global connections including FIA affiliate clubs for mentorship and further training.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Automotive or mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a reputable organisation, with 2 years in leadership position.
- Innovative manager able to cultivate an innovative culture to drive the strategy.
- ICT Savvy with good understanding of ERP systems.
- Ability to manage start-up activities and help grow the service centre.
- Excellent people, relationship management and Entrepreneurial skills.
- A professional with high degree of integrity
- Hands on experience in running a motor vehicle service centre will be an added advantage.
- Sales experience in Automotive industry will be an added advantage

Manager-Road Assist Services
AA Kenya offers 24-hour road emergency support services to our customers including corporates and individuals. These services are offered by very experienced technical team across our network through our call centre and the AA road Rescue Application. Our Road Assist Services include Jump starting, Key retrieval, tyre change, fuel delivery, towing, accident recovery and management among others. We are seeking to fill the position of Manager-Road Assist Services to lead a team of professionals in executing the strategic business growth initiatives to achieve revenue, profit and customer experience targets.
Minimum Job Requirements
- A business related, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree.
- Experience in Automotive related industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

The position holder will be expected to grow and sustain business, enhance profitability, manage people, and oversee general office administration.
Minimum Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with at least two (2) in a leadership role.
- Business Development experience.
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
