This position will be responsible for driving organizational growth through strategic partnerships,market expansion, and brand positioning. The incumbent is accountable for defining the company’s Sales and marketing strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

Minimum job requirements  

• A bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business administration or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in business development, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Proven knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, Customer experience and business partnerships management.
• Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Leadership qualities.

IT and Social Media Manager

Job Summary 

The position holder will be responsible for managing the organization’s website, social media platforms, and IT systems to ensure seamless operations and effective digital engagement.

Key performance areas

• Social media management across all platforms i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter.
• Content creation.
• Website management.

Minimum job requirements

• A diploma in Information Technology, Computer science or related field.
• Additional certifications in Web Development, Digital Marketing, or IT Systems will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in web development and maintenance.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software and networking issues.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital engagement best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
